Traci Campbell joined the TK Martin Center staff in August 2006. She was involved in early childhood education for 11 years at MSU's Aiken Village Preschool where she both taught and directed. While at Aiken Village, she assisted in leading the program to its first national accreditation by the NAEYC and also received the Mississippi State University-Zacharias Distinguished Staff Award. From August 2006 until August 2009 she was a member of the TK Martin Center's Project IMPACT early intervention assessment team, assessing children ages 0-3 to determine eligibility for Mississippi's First Steps Early Intervention Program as well as the MS State Department of Education evaluations for children ages 3-5 years. In addition, she provided home and center based individual special instruction to children birth-3 years of age. Presently, she serves as one of the Early Childhood Special Educators for children with developmental delays as part of Project Impact's MSU Statewide School. In addition, she serves as an adjunct instructor for the College of Education at Mississippi State University.
